BIO
Founder, educator, and program coordinator with over 20 years experience as a K-12 educator and athletic program director. She is a certified California Naturalist and Catalina Island Naturalist, and is currently a student of advanced wilderness medicine. She is also a docent for the San Dimas Canyon Nature Center as well as the Cougar Conservancy educating the public about local urban ecology.
This homeschooling mom is passionate about watching youth grow and adventure in a natural environment, while developing a strong connection to the earth and all living beings. She organizes outdoor recreational adventures to help youth build confidence, friendships, and memories through positive and meaningful experiences.
