LESSON FEES: $45 for a 30-minute lesson $55 for a 45-minute lesson $65 for a 60-minute lesson IN-PERSON LESSON LOCATIONS: Altadena, Monrovia, Glendale, Arcadia, Alhambra, San Marino, Highland Park SUBJECTS: Graphic Design, Drawing, General: Art, Procreate, Illustration, Comic Book Illustration COACH BIO: My name is Jude Halpin and I am a teacher of Drawing, Graphic design, and several other art related subjects. I have been teaching art for around 3 years, working with families in the Christ the King Homeschool Community holding private classes at the families homes. I am a mostly self taught artist, having taken some classes at Art Center College of design as well as John Paul the Great Catholic University. For the last 5 or 6 years I have been working as a freelance Illustrator, honing my skills and craft to better serve my clients and create beautiful art. When teaching I do my best to adapt my lessons to the needs of the students. Every student is different and, especially in art, every student has a different reason or goal in mind for doing it. I love the creation of art of all kinds and I can’t wait to help your students on their journey.
Important Notes
All cancellations or schedule changes must be made directly with the instructor by 6 p.m. the night before a lesson to avoid a full lesson penalty fee. Some instructors may provide you with written notification outlining a different cancellation/penalty policy. This policy will supersede Home School Coaches’ policy. We truly want these lessons to support your educational goals, so feel free to share your expectations with your coach; this will enable them to provide you with a uniquely customized learning experience.
